Radiometer, a global leader in blood diagnostics, needed to refresh their recruitment materials as they were preparing to hire both on the corporate and technical sides of the company. Over the course of 2 days, we shot images of real employees in real work situations - including a kaizen meeting for the HR team, workers in the lab doing testing, and on the manufacturing floor.
Results
Radiometer used the photos across their website and social profiles to enhance their recruitment. Hiring is up 1%, along with revenue and net profits.
