Thermo Fisher’s One Lambda division creates testing workflows and assays for use with their laboratory equipment, and these testing workflows come with very specific steps. They had us create a suite of instructional workflow videos that customers could follow to replicate and ensure proper testing.
Results
We made a suite of videos that ultimately ended up on One Lambda’s online tutorial catalog for their customers, streamlining workflows and allowing customers to have an easy resource to refer to.
